V roce 1993 proběhla v katastrálním území Janoslavice jednoduchá pozemková úprava.V současné době farma obhospodařuje 70 hektarů (13 ha TTP, 55 ha orné půdy a 24 ha lesa), z toho 20 ha vlastní. V letošním roce bude přikoupeno 10 ha státní půdy.
Rostlinná výroba se zaměřuje na pěstování řepky, pšenice, ječmene a krmných plodin. Živočišná výroba je zaměřena především na výkrm býků (30 - 40 ks) a prasat.

V loňském roce začala farma s chovem pštrosů. Chov prasat bude rozšířen v zakoupeném kravíně.
Na výstavbě farmy a jejím provozu se podílí dle potřeby celá rodina a bratr majitele. V současné době jsou spolupracovníky manželka a syn.

Jaroslav Kopp, Janoslavice, Šumperk

In 1992 the current owner Jaroslav Kopp decided to re-establish the farm which his ancestors and parents used to manage. Firstly the reconstruction of the barn took place - grain silos, storage spaces for hay and straw and a workshop have been built. Later a storage hall for hay, straw and machinery and a shed for fattening bulls have been constructed. A cowshed with surrounding plots which closed the site of the farm was purchased in 2004.

In 1993 a simple land reform took place in Janoslavice cadastre. Nowadays the farm manages 70 hectares of farmland (13 ha of permanent grasslands, 55 ha of arable land and 24 ha of woods), out of which 20 hectares are owned. Ten hectares of state land will be purchased this year.

Plant production aims at rape, wheat, barley and fodder crops growing. Animal husbandry consists of bull (30-40 heads) and pig fattening. Last year the farm began to rear ostriches. Pig breeding will be expanded in the recently purchased cowshed.
The whole Kopp family and the farmer’s brother participate in building and managing the farm when necessary. The farmer’s wife and son are currently his co-workers.
